大型湿式磨机二段磨磨矿介质的磨损形貌分析

【摘要】 在扫描电子显微镜下,对鞍钢调军台选厂φ5.49m×8.83m大型湿式磨机二段磨所用的Φ35m×45mm低铬钒钛合金铸铁磨段,φ38mm 65Mn轧球及φ38mm低铬合金白口铸铁磨球运转后的形貌进行了分析。结果发现,低铬钒钛合金铸铁磨段磨损失效方式主要为切削磨损,并伴有基体组织的剥落;65Mn轧球主要为塑变磨损与切削磨损共存,而以塑变磨损为主;低铬合金白口铸铁磨球为切削磨损与基体剥落,同时碳化物出现碎裂。由此得出,低铬钒钛合金铸铁磨段,适当提高含碳量与含铬量,使磨段硬度提高,将有助于其吨矿石磨耗量降低。
【Abstract】 The wear morphology of Φ35mm×45mm low chromium vanadium titanium alloy cast iron grinding cylpebs, Φ38mm 65 Mn rolling balls and low chromium alloy white cast iron balls after used in the second part of Φ5.49m×8.83m large wet grinding mill in Diao Jun Tai ore dress plant, Anshan iron and steel company, was analyzed by SEM. The results show that the cut-wear way of low chromium vanadium titanium alloy cast iron is dominant, and the spilling of matrix microstructures is followed. The plastic deformation wear and cut wear coexists on the 65 Mn rolling balls, and the plastic deformation wear is dominating. The low chromium alloy white cast iron grinding balls endure the cut wear and the matrix spilling, and appear the carbide fragmentation. It is can be seen from above results that the carbon and chromium contents in low chromium vanadium titanium are increased properly, which can rise the hardness of this material, would make for decreasing the per ton ore consumption grinding balls.
