中碳中锰钢衬板的研究
Study on the Back Block of Medium Carbon and Medium Manganese Steel

【摘要】 本文介绍的中碳中锰钢具有较好的冲击韧性(α_k=32~38J/cm~2)和较高的初始硬度(HRC=32~36),在小能量多冲击下具有很强的加工硬化能力。试验结果表明:钢的终态组织由稳定性很低、并带有大量层错的奥氏体、屈氏体和少量ε马氏体组成。衬板耐磨性比传统的Mnl3铸钢提高了1.6倍,是一种优良的廉价耐磨材料。
【Abstract】 The medium manganese steel with medium carbon discussed in this paper possesses better toughness (αk = 32-38J/cm2), higher initial hardness (HRC = 32-36), and very good potential of work hardening under the condition of continuous impacts with a small energy. The experiment results show that its final structure is composed of troostite and minor s-martensite and austenite with very low stability and a lot of faults. The wear resistance of the back block made of it is 1.6 times higher than that of traditional Mnl3 casting steel, so it is a kind of excellent anti-wear material with a low cost.
