B和Cu对贝氏体/马氏体复合铸铁磨球组织和性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了B和Cu对复合铸铁磨球组织和性能的影响。结果表明,微量的B和适量的Cu可明显地提高复合铸铁磨球的淬透性,经过余热淬火,可在直径为Φ126mm的复合铸铁磨球的心部获得贝氏体/马氏体基体组织。加B和Cu可以提高复合铸铁磨球的硬度和冲击韧性,硬度为HRC50~54,冲击韧性α_k为6~10J/cm~2,且磨球表面与心部硬度变化均匀。
【Abstract】 Effects of boron and copper on the microstructures and properties of the grinding ball made of the composite cast iron have been researched. The results of experiments indicate that adding micro-amount of boron or a proper quantity of copper to the composite cast iron can increase its quench-harden-ing ability, a needle-like matrix composed of martensite or bainite can be obtained in the center of a Φ126mm grinding ball, and make hardness and impact toughness of the composite cast iron increased, the hardness is 50- 55 HRC, the toughness is 6-10J/cm2.
