Mn-B系空冷贝氏体钢耐磨材料的新发展

【摘要】 Mn-B系贝氏体钢以普通元素Mn和微量B合金化,具有强韧性好,应用面广,钢厂可直接出产品,技术成熟,性能优异,附加效益值高,以及成本低的优点。特别是近年来,在贝氏体钢的组织精细结构、强韧性等多方面又取得了很大的进展,而且已经成功的运用在新一代贝氏体耐磨钢中。
【Abstract】 Mn-B bainitic steels are alloyed with common element Mn and trace element B, so that they are cheaper compared with Mo- B bainitic steels. The series of materials can be hardened through air-cooling, which leads to good combination of strength and toughness. They have been used in many enterprises. The products with maturated producing skill can be direct yielded in steel plants. Various kinds of products are excellent in properties with low production cost, and can bring about high profits, so that they exhibit strong competitive capability in markets. Especially in recent years, obvious progresses in fine structures, strength and toughness have been made and already being used in bianitic wear resistant steels.
