【摘要】 目的:探索分阶段给予不同内容的心理社会干预对首发精神分裂症患者的疗效。方法:采用随机抽样将1998年至1999年住院的48例首发精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组24例。对照组接受常规药物治疗,研究组接受常规药物治疗的同时分阶段给予特殊的心理社会干预内容,9个月研究完成,1年后随访。使用修改版的简明精神病量表 (BPRS)及社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)。,对两组疗效及预后进行评定。结果:九个月的前瞻性研究后,研究组的 BPRS 总分及自知力因子分与对照组相比明显降低,两组之间的差异具有显著性意义。研究结束一年后随访,随访率达到100%,其治愈率、复发率及病残率两组之间的差异具有显著性意义,研究组 SDSS 总分与研究前比较也有明显降低。结论:研究结果提示阶段性心理社会干预对精神分裂症患者在提高疗效,改善社会功能,以及防止精神症状复发方面具有明显作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of phase specific psychosocial intervention for first-episode schizophrenia.Methods:48 in-patients with first-onset schizophrenia in 1998-1999 were randomly assigned assigned into study group and control group.Both groups received routine treatment,a nine-month course of psychosocial in- tervention wsa given to the study group,too.The patients were investigated for the next 1 year. The efficacy of the therapy was evaluated with the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)was modified and the Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS).Results:After nine months study, the average BPRS total score and the score of insight factor were lower in the study group than in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.After 21 months,the follow-up rate was 100%.The average SDSS total score decreased significantly in the study group.The difference in cure rates,relapse rates and disability rates between the two groups were statistically significant.Conclusion.The results of the study suggest that phase spe- cific psychosocial interventions have clear effects on the prevention of schizophrenia relapses.The therapy had better effects for the recovery of insight and social functioning of patients.更多还原
