【摘要】 本文首先通过大量事实指出,冲击地压、煤和瓦斯突出有许多共同特征,都是煤 (岩)介质内部发生突然破坏的现象,其预报、防治方法也大致相同。建立冲击地压、突出统一理论的努力从未间断。根据近代已基本搞清的煤(岩)变形破坏机理探讨了冲击地压、突出的机理。在此基础上提出了冲击地压,突出发生的判据。建立了关于这两种现象的统一失稳理论。按照这个理论冲击地压是无瓦斯作用的突出,突出是瓦斯作用不可忽略的冲击地压。当无瓦斯作用时,按照这个理论及变形体力学的基本原理已能进行定量化研究。当煤体中存在高压瓦斯时,由于瓦斯对煤强度,力学性质的影响,介质应力状态对瓦斯渗流的影响等,要使其成为一个定量化理论本文仅是一个开端。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the paper,the authors first indicate the fact that coal/rock burst and outburst have Many common characteries by a number of instances. For example,they are all instantaneous crack of coal/rock Basses, and the predicting and preventing methods for coal/rock burst are almost identical with the methods for outburst. In fact over a long period of time, some scholars having beening tried to establish the united theory on coal/rock burst and outburst. On the basis of the research result of the machanism of deformation and crack of rock (coal), that was achieved in modern times, the authors put forward the crition of the occurance of coal/rock and outburst,then establish the united theory on coal/rock burst and outburst. In accordance with the theory, the coal/rock burst is the outburst that the effection of gas can be neglected, and the outburst is the coal/rock burst that the effection of gas can not be negtected.When there is no effection of gas, we can already research quantitatively the phenonena of coal/rock burst according to the theory and the fundamental principles of deformable body. When there is high pressure gas in coal masses,the job made by the authors in the paper is only the beginning of the quantitative analysis for outburst, since we are short of knowladge how gas affects the strength and the machanical properties of coal, and how the stress state affects gas permeating.更多还原
