【摘要】 该文回顾了我国大范围实施退耕还林生态工程的基本状况,阐述了开展退耕还林工程生态效应评价的重要性,并在总结评价方法研究的基础上,提出了从涵养水源效益、水土保持效益、大气质量改善效益、改善小气候效益4个方面进行退耕还林工程生态效应评价的指标体系,并给出了具体的指标计量方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper retrospects to the basic situation of implementing returning arable lands to forestry engineering in the vast areas of China,expounds the importance of evaluating the ecological efficiency of returning arable lands to forestry engineering.On the basis of summarizing the research on evaluation method,the paper puts forward a target system to evaluate ecological efficiency of returning arable lands to forestry engineering from 4 aspects as water conserving efficiency,water and soil preservation efficiency,atmosphere quality improving efficiency and microclimate improving efficiency.The paper also provides detailed target measuring method.更多还原
