基于激光内调制的焦平面数据低温传输测试试验
Low temperature testing experiments of focal plane data transfer based on laser internal modulation

【摘要】 针对制冷型焦平面工作时的低温、低功耗、高速、小体积要求,为了解决利用普通电线传输数据引起杜瓦瓶内温度升高的问题,采用激光内调制方法对焦平面数据进行传输,考虑到杜瓦瓶内的低温工作环境,试验测试了使用激光内调制方法的光传输组件的低温工作状态。实验中选用安捷伦的HBR5205为光传输组件,将一个激光器置于杜瓦瓶内作为发送端,瓶外另有一激光器作为接收端,中间通过光纤连接。为验证该光传输组件低温时的传输性能,制作了基于HBR5205和网络传输的光纤收发器,并搭建了实验系统。实验中选用中科院理化研究所低温实验中心的低温实验箱,最低实验温度可达到-200℃。实验中从0℃起降低温度,每隔5℃测试一次,并在该温度停留4min。试验结果表明,当温度下降至-96.5℃左右时图像传输完全停止,光纤收发器上的有光/无光指示灯熄灭,模块失效。
【Abstract】 To solve the high rising temperature in the dewar vessel, the laser internal modulation method is adopted to replace electric wires for data transfer. To verify the operating condition of the optic transmission components in low temperature, a testing system is established. HBR5205 is selected as the optical transfer component. Two lasers connected by fibers are used, one inside the dewar vessel as the initial terminal, and the other outside the dewar vessel as the receiving end. The temperature is declined by a step of 5 ℃. The experiment results show that the transfer components get invalidated at the temperature -96.5 ℃.
