光束质量测试系统等效焦距的测试方法
Test methods of equivalent focus length for laser beam quality measurement system

【摘要】 利用小孔法测量光束质量测试系统中采集系统的单元图像尺寸,在此基础上,给出了利用CCD探测器快速测试光束质量测试系统等效焦距的测试方法,并与系统的设计指标进行了对比。
【Abstract】 The measurement method of unit image size and equivalent focus length of laser beam quality measurement system is given, which use CCD detector to fast test beam diffraction limit. And the test results is given.
