大口径望远镜主镜支撑结构研究

【摘要】 主镜是望远镜系统的重要组成部分之一。随着其口径的不断增大,望远镜的重量也随之加大,自重、热变形等问题将对主镜镜面的面形精度产生一定的影响。因此,在保证系统精度的同时,要尽可能的减少结构重量,所以在设计阶段就要根据光学系统的技术要求及影响因素对主反射镜的支撑方案进行综合考虑和全面分析,使其结构设计更为合理。根据大口径望远镜系统主镜结构设计的要求,利用结构分析软件,建立结构分析模型,来确定主镜支撑方案。详细分析了大口径望远镜主镜支撑的各方面技术。
【Abstract】 The primary mirror of telescope is an important component of telescope system. With the large of primary mirror aperture, the weight of the primary mirror becomes much larger. The root mean square (rms) of the primary mirror is affected by many problems, such as deadweight, deformation of heat and so on. To reduce the weight of primary mirror when the precision of system is ensured. Therefore, we will consider the supporting project of primary mirror synthetically and analyze it roundly according to the technique requirement of optics system and the effect factors. The structural design can be reasonable. According to the structural design scheme for primary mirror of a large-aperture telescope, the structural analysis model is established by means of the structural analysis software. The support structure of primary mirror is selected and designed finally. This paper discusse the support techniques of a large-aperture telescope primary mirror.
