川参通对大鼠前列腺组织BFGF表达影响的初步研究

【摘要】 目的了解中药川参通注射液对大鼠前列腺组织中 bFGF 表达的影响。方法将 20只 SD 雄性大鼠随机分入实验组和对照组,向大鼠前列腺组织中分别注入川参通注射液和生理盐水,术后第14d 取出大鼠前列腺组织,测大鼠前列腺重量及前列腺指数,RT-PCR 检测大鼠前列腺组织中 bFGF-mRNA 的表达,免疫组织化学染色结合计算机图像分析对大鼠前列腺组织中 bFGF 和 PCNA 表达进行定量分析。结果实验组大鼠前列腺指数、 bFGF-mRNA 表达水平、bFGF 的表达量和细胞增殖指数均低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论中药川参通注射液可能通过抑制前列腺组织中 bFGF 的表达,进而抑制了前列腺上皮及间质细胞的增殖。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of ChuanShenTong On the Expression Level of bFGF in Prostatic Tissue of Rats.Method:twenty SD rats were divided randomly into 2 groups receiving different local injection material to the prostates respectively:ChuanShenTong injection (experiment group)and normal saline(control group).The prostates of rats of each group were removed out for examine on the fourteenth day after local injection respectively The weight and prostate index was measured.The expression of bFGF-mRNA was detected by using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)and together with the expression of bFGF and PCNA were quantitatively analysed by immunohisyochemical stain combined with computer digital image analysis.Results:The average postate index,the expression of bFGF-mRNA,the expression of bFGF and PCNA Index of experiment group are significant lower than that of group control(p<0.001).Conclusions:The therapeutic mechanism of ChuanshenTong inhibiting the growth of prostatic cells might be the inhibiting of the expression of bFGF in prostatic tissue.
