【摘要】 江西省毗邻沿海,发展优质肉牛生产的交通、区位及生态优势十分明显。经过三十余年的不断努力,江西肉牛及乳肉兼用牛发展取得了明显进步,肉牛改良始终保持在20万头．次/年,并早在80年代末就在泰和县开展了西杂母牛人工挤奶,挤奶母牛群近200余头,一个泌乳期产奶量达(2440.13±244.56)kg 乳脂率(5.48±1.61)%, 乳蛋白(4.14±0.60)%;初步确定了以西杂一代牛为母本,利用皮埃蒙特、夏洛来和利木赞牛为父本的“皮西本”“夏西本”和“利西本”的三元杂交模式,三元杂交肉牛的肉质达优质肉牛标准。据此分析了江西肉牛及乳肉兼用牛发展存在的问题及发展对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Jiangxi province has very predominant conditions of developing bccf cattle industry,such as advantage traffic,position abutting on littoral cities and environment.Development of cattle and dairy cattle has obviously progressed for more than 30 years efforts,and population of cattle improvement is always 200,000 heads annually.In the 1980’s later,Taihe County began to artificial milk in the 200 heads crossbred Simmental.The milk yield of crossbred Simmcntal was 2240.13±244.56 kg per lactation,which contains 5.48±1.61% fat rate and 4.14±0.60% protein.At the same time,the new breeding variety were crossbred with crossbred Simmentalx local F1 as maternal and Piedmont or Limousin as paternal,the beef of which reach high grade standard.According to the situation,the questions and strategy on the development of cattle and dairy cattle was analyzed in Jiangxi.更多还原
