我国水牛奶业的可持续发展战略
The Strategy for Sustainable Development of Buffalo Milk

【摘要】 介绍了国内外水牛产业的发展状况和水牛奶的理化特点,分析了水牛奶所具有的优势与特色,并对水牛奶业的可持续发展提出了建议。
【Abstract】 The development condition of buffalo industry at home and abroad,and the physic—chemical characters of buffalo milk were introduced.The superiority and characters of buffalo milk were analyzed,and some suggestions for the sustainable development strategy for buffalo dairy industry was pointed out.
