【摘要】 近年来,为保证牛肉食品卫生,适应国际牛肉市场绿色技术壁垒,处理牛肉安全突发事件,维护消费者合法权益,提高牛肉生产效益,世界各国开发应用各种可追溯信息系统, 对“从农(牧)场到餐桌”生产加工整个链条进行跟踪追溯,本文在回顾国內外肉牛安全生产可追溯信息系统的研究现状的基础上,重点介绍了西北农林科技大学研发的“牛肉安全生产加工全过程质量跟踪与追溯信息系统”的设计思想和主要功能模块。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recent years, all kinds of beef safety traceability information management systems were designed and developed by governments over world for guaranteeing beef sanitation, beef safety consuming and promoting beef world trade, solving beef safety accidents, defending consumer’s legitimate rights and interests and enhancing beef industry efficiency, and these systems are used to trace the whole chain of beef product. Based on reviewed studies situations of beef safety traceability systems, this article mainly introduced the design ideas and its main functional modules of beef safety traceability information management system designed and developed by Northwest A&F University.更多还原
