【摘要】 为了保障消费者消费牛肉的质量安全,应当借鉴法国等肉牛业发达国家的经验,建立我国牛肉质量安全可追溯系统。本文总结了法国牛肉生产全程可追溯系统建设的做法和经验,提出和设计了我国牛肉质量安全可追溯系统建设的基本框架。建议我国的牛肉质量安全可追溯系统(CBTS)包括中国肉牛身份标识系统(CBCIS)和中国牛肉质量安全报告查询系统(CBRCs)等两个子系统,并与农业部同步建立的中国动物标识管理系统、中国畜禽疫病防疫监控系统和中国种牛站系谱管理系统相对接。从系统管理主体、系统模块组成、系统数据库和系统管理制度等四方面,本文详细介绍了我国肉牛质量安全可追溯系统的基本内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to secure consumption of safe and qualitative beef, it is necessary that construction of China Beef Traceability System (CBTS) is based on French experience in beef traceability. In the present article, we proposed a preliminary frame of CBTS. It was suggested that CBTS includes two sub-systems, i.e. China Beef Cattle Identification System (CBCIS) and China Beef Report and Checking System (CBRCS), and shares database with the systems relevant to China animal health and disease control currently designed by Ministry of Agriculture of China.
