【Abstract】 We have rich domestic animal genetic resources and carrying out the work of preservation of those resources is a basic and strategic task. It is very essential to construct a reasonable system of resources preservation. The paper considered that preservation of domestic animal genetic resources in situ was still the main way at present in comparision with several of biological technique means. Biological technique means are substantial measure to gain safety of resources preservation and to enhance efficiency of resources preservation. Frozen embryos were the most safe and effective measure among several of modern biological technique means.更多还原
