【摘要】 目的总结2002年8月-2006年10月肾下腹主动脉治疗经验。方法20例abdominal aortic aneurysms(AAA)中(包括3例已破裂)行18例动脉瘤切除,分叉型人造血管重建术,2例行腔内治疗。结果所有病例均一次性治疗成功,无手术及围手术期死亡率,12例病人得到随访,除1例死于心肌梗塞外,其余均健在。结论肾下腹主动脉瘤手术切除对非高危病人仍然是一种安全,经济有效的方法,对高危病人宜选择腔内治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize our surgical experience on 20 patients undergoing open repair of abdominal aortic aneurysms(AAAs) between August 2002 and October 2006. Methods 18 of the 20 patients with infrarenal AAA including 3 ruptured who were treated electivelv with open repair, the other 2 patients were treated with intracavitary therapy. Results All of the patients were treated successfully, none of them died during operation and postoperation. One of the 12 patients who had follow-up visit died due to acute myocardial infarction, the other were alive and well. Conclusion Open infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm repair is safe, economy and tolerable for the majority of patients. Intracavitary therapy is suit for the high risk patients.更多还原
