蛇床子素结构修饰物抑菌活性研究

【摘要】 对蛇床子素的7个结构修饰物进行了离体抑菌活性测定,结果表明修饰物对供试病菌均有不同程度的抑制活性。以蛇床子素为对照,在室内离体条件下测定了JS-B对10种病原真菌的抑制活性,其中JS-B对辣椒疫霉病菌抑菌活性最高。离体生物活性试验结果表明,蛇床子素结构修饰物JS-B对辣椒疫霉菌丝干重和游动孢子萌发的抑制中浓度(EC50)分别为43.74μg/mL和86.03μg/mL。JS-B在浓度为400μg/mL时对辣椒疫霉表现为杀菌作用。扫描电镜观察发现JS-B能够使辣椒疫霉菌丝呈现干瘪和皱缩的现象。透射电镜观察发现JS-B能够引起辣椒疫霉菌丝线粒体的破坏,细胞核浓缩,细胞内出现囊泡,且细胞器畸形。在加入JS-B前添加终浓度为100μMol/L的葡萄糖能显著减少游动孢子的破裂。
【Abstract】 Antifungal activity of 7 modified Osthol derivatives were determined in vitro.The results showed that JS-B performed good antifungal activity.Compared with Osthol,the effect of JS-B on 10 agricultural fungal plant pathogens were tested in vitro.Rusults indicated that the inhibiton efficay of JS-B against Phytophthora capsici was better than against the other 9 plant pathogens.The effect of JS-B on mycelial dry weight and zoospore germination of Phytophthora capsici were determinated in vitro with EC50 vaules of 43.74μg/mL and 86.03μg/mL.JS-B performed inhibion action against P. capsici at concentration of 400μg/mL.Under scanning electron microscope,the JS-B traeted hyphae displayed shrinkage and flat.The transmission electron microscope study showed that JS-B caused destruction of most mitochondrions,concentration of cell nucelar and the existing of vesicles.Rupture of released zoospores induced by JS-B was reduced by addition of 100μM glucose.
