抗植物病原真菌海洋细菌的抗菌作用研究

【摘要】 利用植物病原真菌雪腐镰刀病菌(Fusarium nivale)、棉花枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.vasinfectum)、玉米小斑病菌(Bipolaria maydis)、玉米圆斑病菌(Holminthosporium carbonum)、小麦赤霉病菌(Fusarium graminearum)、细链格孢菌(Alternaria tenuis)、小麦根腐霉病菌(Bipolaris sorokiniana)、番茄早疫病菌(Alternaria solani)和斑点落叶病菌(Alternaria alternata)等作为指示菌,采用平板对峙法测定海洋细菌的抑菌作用,采用打孔法测定海洋细菌的无菌发酵液对指示菌菌丝生长的抑制作用。结果表明:海洋细菌及其发酵液对供试的植物病原真菌具有较强的抗菌作用;显微观察结果表明海洋细菌导致病原真菌菌丝扭曲,分生孢子芽管的畸形。其中菌株L1-9对植物病原真菌生长的抑制作用最强,对9种植物病原真菌都有较强的抑制作用。
【Abstract】 The dual culture method was used to determine the antimicrobial activity of marine bacteria, and stiletto method for the inhibitory effect of their sterile fermentation broth against the mycelia of these indicative plant pathogenic fungi.These selected fungus are Fusarium nivale,Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.vasinfectum,Bipolaria maydis,Helminthosporium carbonum,Fusarium graminearum, Alternaria tenuis,Bipolaris sorokiniana,Alternaria solani and Alternaria alternate.The results showed that the marine bacteria and its fermentation broth are of some antagonistic activity toward selected fungus;and we can observe some extent of morphological deformation of mycelia and abnormal conidial germ tube through microscope.Among above mentioned marine bacterium,the L1-9 strain was found to be the most efficient antagonist and of extensive antifungal activity to these selected nine strains of plant pathogenic fungus.
