固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱法分析有机气体组分的定量方法研究

【摘要】 <正> 工程材料在使用过程中较为关注的是材料的老化及材料间相互作用对性能的影响。对老化过程中气氛的变化研究,监测特定的气体组分浓度的变化,探讨材料老化的规律,就要定量分析表征材料老化缓慢变化释出的多种微量有机气体组分。定量的准确性直接影响对材料使用情况的判断,某种材料能否被继续使用和其以气体释放量为特征的老化程度有关。SPME/GC/MS方法已经广泛用于气体分析和材料老化研究。
【Abstract】 The solid phase microextraction gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (SPME/GC/MS) analytical technique has been used to study quantitatively the outgases from materials aging. The detective method and its conditions have been discussed. The effect of extracting time on analysis results and the linear correlations between the concentration and its peak areas and the repeatability of this method have been researched. The correlative factors of quantitatively extracting some organic components have been received.
