气相色谱-质谱法检测桑叶中的农药残留
Detection of Pesticide Residues in Mulberry Leaf by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

【摘要】 <正> 误用了假冒农药,将会导致严重的后果。山西垣曲某村的农民在桑树上喷施了市售敌敌畏乳油1周后,取桑叶喂蚕,饲养户的蚕大量中毒死亡。受垣曲县农业局委托,本实验室对其购买的80%敌敌畏乳油和喷药一个月后的桑叶进行了检测。
【Abstract】 pesticide residues in mulberry leaf that can lead to silkworm poisoning, was analysed. The mulberry leaf was extracted with acetone, cleaned up by gel permeation chromatography and a small silica gel column, and finally detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS) and GC/ECD. There was 0. 432mg/kg cypermethrin in mulberry leaf(dry weight), and 2.14% cypermethrin in a formulation of dichlorvos 80EC used by the insect pest control of mulberry tree. The results gives a satisfactory explaination of the case silkworm poisoning, as cypermethrin is high toxic to silkworm and is banned pesticide in pest control by mulberry tree.
