【摘要】 <正> 山蜡梅(Chimonanthus nitens Oliv.)为我国特有的蜡梅科蜡梅属植物,药用部位为其干燥叶,主要分布于江西德兴大茅山区、婺源怀玉山区及安徽徽州地区齐云山一带,为山坡、路旁、溪边、疏林中的野生品,具有解表祛风、清热解毒之功效,民间习惯用叶泡茶饮以防治感冒。本实验拟对有降压作用的生物碱进行研究,采用理化性质和波谱技术(MS、NMR)鉴定其结构,为开发利用山蜡梅叶地方资源提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 All alkaloids were obtained by acid-alkali transference from Chimonanthus nitens Oliv.. Two alkaloids were isolated by column chromatographic separation and identified by means of chemical and spectral methods.
