电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定矿泉水中23种元素

【摘要】 <正> 电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)以其多元素同时测定、快速、灵敏、线性范围宽等优点正在应用于环境、生物、半导体等方面。中国预防医学科学院标准处编写的“中国卫生标准汇编”环境卫生卷中饮用天然矿泉水检验方法对饮用天然矿泉水中金属元素的限量做了规定。
【Abstract】 Inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was applied to determine 23 elements in drinking natural mineral water by using Sc、Ge、In、Bi as an internal standard. The experimental results showed the linear correlation factor for all elements are higher than 0. 999. Recoveries of spiked samples were in the range of 87.6%—107.4% and precision was fine, RSD is lower than 4.0%. And the results showed close agreement with the reference values in three standard reference materials of GSBZ5009-88, GSBZS0020-93(3)and GSB07-1375-2001. It indicated that the method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate, which can meet the demand for 23 elements analysis in drinking natural mineral water.
