碲锌镉晶体组分的辉光放电质谱分析

【摘要】 <正> 碲锌镉(Cd1-yZnyTe,CZT)被认为是当今红外焦平面探测器材料碲镉汞(Hg1-xCdxTe,MCT)的最佳衬底,研究亦表明:CZT还是核能探测、天文射线研究、工业探伤诊断中X射线、λ射线探测器的优异材料。
【Abstract】 The major and trace level elements in cadmium zinc telluride (CZT) were detected by used of glow discharge mass spectrometry (GDMS). Results show that GDMS is a powerful tool for analyzing trace level elements in solid sample. The semi quantitative analysis can be carried out in the situation of having no standard sample. However, standard sample with the same (or similar) composition must be provided if the major elements want to be known. Only after getting the special relative sensitivity factors (RSF) can the accurate compositions of major elemental be calculated.
