聚酯多元醇Re-Pol 98038的电喷雾质谱研究

【摘要】 <正>电喷雾质谱(ESI-MS)是近十几年快速发展起来的一种“软电离”技术,主要应用于中等极性至强极性、难挥发、热不稳定化合物如蛋白质、多肽、药物代谢产物、天然产物等样品的定性、定量分析。电喷雾电离还能使一些化合物在电离过程中产生多电荷。因此,即使分析样品分子量超出质量分析器的检测能力范围,通过形成多电荷也能满足大分子量化合物的质谱分析要求。
【Abstract】 Polyester Polyol Re-Pol 98038 is wildly used in the manufacture of high quality polyurethanes combing flexibility with good mechanical properties and solvent resistant. In this paper, a method using Electrospray Ionization Mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) based on Full Scan and ZoomScan mode was developed for the qualitative analysis of Polyester Polyol Re-Pol 98038. Zoom-Scan could provide information about the charge state of multiply charged ion ,so it is possible to de-tect the compound with large molecular weight by Full-MS Scan and ZoomScan mode. In addition,with the increase of the capillary voltage ,the formation of multiply charged ion was promoted.
