【摘要】 <正>苯氧乙酸类除草剂除了用于粮食、蔬菜、水果、茶叶等的除草之外,还大量用于棉花生长期的除草,所以,它们会残留于果蔬和纤维上。据研究发现,2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)和2,4,5-三氯苯氧乙酸(2,4,5-T)具有内分泌扰乱作用,进入人体将引起内分泌紊乱,对健康造成潜在的危害。近年来,国外兴起广泛使用生态纺织品的热潮,为了打破国外“绿色贸易壁垒”,我国对纺织品也开展了环境产品的认证工作。其中,对上述两种苯氧乙酸类除草剂的残留量限值和检测

【Abstract】 Developing a method for determination of residues of 2, 4-D and 2,4, 5-T in the corn and textile. 2, 4-D and 2, 4, 5-T were extracted from sample using liquid-liquid extraction and were determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (APCI, Negative ion) based on Full Mass Scan and Selected Reaction Monitoring (SRM) with the mobile phase of methanol-water (0. 012 5% formic acid )(70:30, V/V). The detection limits were 0. 002 μg/mL for 2, 4-D and 2, 4, 5-T. The calibration curves are linear from 0. 05~2.0 μ/mL. This method was specific,sensitive and suitable for determination of the residual 2, 4-D and 2, 4, 5-T in the corn and Textile.
