【摘要】 <正>从水中提取有机物的常用方法为有机溶剂液-液提取法,此法操作繁琐,且由于苯系物具较大的挥发性,在挥散溶剂时易造成被测组分损失。固相萃取法在柱上净化富集样品,具有提取效率高、基质干扰小等特点,适用于水中苯系物的提取,是近年来应用广泛的样品提取技术。气相色谱-质
【Abstract】 A method was developed for determing aromatic hydrocarbon compounds in polluted water.The aromatic hydrocarbon compounds were isolated and enriched from water samples by solid-phase extraction with C18 carridge and detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Several aromatic hydrocarbon compounds including trimethyibenzene,tetramethyibenzens and diethylbenzene in polluted water samples could be detected simultaneously.The detection limit for toluene,trimethylbenzene and tetramethylbenzene were 10 μg·L-1. Detected by this method,several aromatic hydrocarbon compounds were detected in a polluted water sample.
