【Abstract】 Pretreatments are often used to remove organic material prior to isotopic analyses of coral skeletal samples.Three experiments were conducted to test the pretreatment effect of water,30% hydrogen peroxide（H₂O₂） and 10% sodium hypochlorite（NaClO）on the boron isotopic composition of coral skeletal samples.The results indicate that boron of coral samples can be dissolded partialy by H₂O₂ and NaCIO.Whether or not this process changes the boron isotopic composition is under study.更多还原
