大电流加热的热腔离子源结构设计

【Abstract】 In construction of a high current heated hot-tube ion-source, the design of heat shield structure, the optimization of the current input pole and the structure of the heat dissipation are discussed. The heat test of this ion-source is also mentioned and discussed.
