【摘要】 采用“间歇加热控制”与加热煤气流量调节相结合的控制原理分析焦炉加热控制,提出采用模糊控制建立焦炉加热的智能控制,设计一种智能模糊免疫PID控制方法,并进行仿真研究。结果表明:模糊免疫PID控制具有调节时间短、响应速度快、抗干扰能力强、较好的动态特性和稳定性,有效减少炉温的波动,具有较好的控制性能和实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The control principle of combining the intermittent heating control with the heating gas flow adjustment was adopted to analyze the heating control of coke oven.Fuzzy control was proposed to establish heating intelligent control of coke oven.The algorithm of intelligent fuzzy immune PID control was designed and simulation of coke oven production was carried.The results show that the intelligent fuzzy immune PID control has the advantages of shorter adjustment time,quicker response time,higher anti-interference ability,better dynamic property and stability.It can effectively reduce the fluctuation of coke oven temperature,with better control property and practical value.更多还原
