无线传感器网络室内空气污染物节点的硬件设计与实现

【摘要】 随着各种危化装饰材料与煤气泄漏等问题的不断出现,实现基于无线传感器网络的室内空气污染物的监测,已成为智能家居领域的研究热点。构建低成本、低功耗、符合ZigBee标准的无线传感器网络是本研究的重点。以煤气、一氧化碳、苯残余物等室内空气污染物为监测对象,采用电源优化管理方法,设计并实现了符合ZigBee标准的无线传感器网络室内空气污染物传感器节点。硬件设计分别选取了集成度高、低功耗的TMP-4传感器,符合ZigBee标准的MC9S08GT608位微控制器和MC13192射频模块,设计了电源优化管理电路。测试实验结果表明,所设计的传感器节点具有功耗低、体积小、结构灵活、可扩展性好、工作稳定可靠等优点,可以被广泛应用于智能家居室内空气污染物和火灾信息的安全监测与报警系统等。
【Abstract】 By considering a harmful effect on human health resulting from hazardous chemical materials and gas leaks in house,it becomes a hot spot to develop a variety of intelligent wireless sensor network nodes used for detecting indoor gas contamination.As an initial step,the task of this research is to alarmingly detect gas,CO,and benzene remains.Based on MC9S08GT60 MCU,MC13192 RF,and a new generation gas sensor TPM-4,a low-cost and low-power ZigBee wireless sensor network node for indoor gas contamination detection is developed.The hardware design and implementation of such a node are given in detail.A new intelligent power management design is focused.The experimental results show that the developed intelligent node has many advantages,such as low-cost,low-power,small-size,flexible structure,modulization,and reliability.It can be extensively applied to surveillance and alarm system of intelligent home.
