基于槽电阻频谱分析的铝电解槽槽况诊断

【摘要】 对铝电解槽故障机理进行了分析,指出了槽电阻信号中、低频噪声的来源,利用功率谱估计直接法对铝电解槽槽电阻正常和异常信号进行了频谱分析。结果表明:槽电阻信号的主频率在0~0.1Hz之间。在电解过程中,由于氧化铝下料和极距调整,在很低频率处始终有一个稳定的低频信号;当铝液波动较大时,在稍高频率处,会引起一个较明显的波峰;当阳极异常时,在稍高频率处,会引起2个较明显的波峰。
【Abstract】 The fault mechanisms of the aluminum cell were analyzed and the possible sources of the high and low frequency noises in the cell resistance signal were pointed out.Power Spectrum Density(PSD)estimation was used to analyze the spectrum of the cell resistance.The experimental results indicate the typical characteristics of the cell resistance signal and show that the main frequency domain of the cell resistance is in 0-0.1 Hz.In the electrolysis operation,there is a stable low frequency signal caused by alumina content control and polar distance regulation;when the fluctuation of fluid aluminum becomes larger,there is an obvious wave crest in higher frequency;when anode is abnormal,there are two obvious wave crests in higher frequency.
