中医方剂功效及适应证候信息的智能处理方法

Intelligence processing method about efficacy,suited demonstrates and diseases messages of Chinese prescriptions

【摘要】 以中医方剂为研究对象,以中医药基础理论为依据,应用信息处理和智能推理等方法和技术,提出对方剂中的医学元素及其它们之间存在的量效关系、药效关系、效证关系、效候关系等的数学度量和科学计算方法,实现了方剂功效的初步数学度量描述和定性预测分析。该方法可以量化地分析得出中医方剂的功效及其适应证候,能较客观地发现中医专家医案处方中蕴含的医学知识元素。采用此方法对近千个临床成功案例处方和经典文献方剂进行了试验,所得结果与中医专家的普遍认识基本相符。

【Abstract】 This paper takes the rationale of Chinese medicine as basis to study Chinese prescriptions,adopting information processing and intelligence reasoning.Here some mathematical measures and science calculating methods were proposed relating to elements of medicine,as well as several relations in Chinese prescriptions,such as relation between quantity and efficacy,relation between medicines and efficacy,relation between efficacy and diseases,relation between efficacy and demonstrations.Besides,quantitative description of efficacy of Chinese prescriptions,and qualitative analysis of efficacy forecast,have been achieved tentatively.This method can quantify analysis of Chinese prescriptions and deduce its efficacy together with corresponding diseases and demonstrations.Furthermore,valuable knowledge of Chinese traditional medicine could be discovered objectively,which implicated in prescription documents writen by Chinese medicine experts.We put aforesaid method into practice and analysis approximately 1000 successful traditional prescriptions of clinical cases,and the results are satisfactory and consistent with the common understanding of Chinese traditional medicine experts.
