小型旋转体全自动三维量测

【摘要】 基于近景摄影测量理论,本文提出了一种小型旋转体三维量测的方法。利用投影器-数码相机系统,运用图像处理和计算机视觉的技术,采用类似双目视觉的原理,对小型旋转体进行三维重建。根据旋转体自身的几何约束,构造平差方程,计算出所有空间点的精确三维坐标。在三维立体模型的基础上,对小型旋转体的各种度量进行测量。实验结果证明这种方法正确有效,能够满足近景摄影测量的精度要求和实际应用的需要。

【Abstract】 The paper proposes a method 3D measuring the solid of revolution on the principle of close-range photogrammetry which advantages are non-touched and accurate. According to the traditional method of the digital camera taking images, the projector is steered so that the projector-camera system is formed. The projector-camera system is composed of a slide projector, a digital camera, a control ground and a computer. After calibrated respectively in advance, the projector-camera system is similar with the binocular vision system on the principle of 3D reconstruction. The 3D coordinates of the space feature point projected can be computed by the space forward intersection. Using the correspondence of whole adjustment and the inherent structure characteristic of the solid of revolution, the 3D coordinates of all space points projected on the whole surface of the solid of revolution can be computed out entirely and accurately. The 3D model of the solid of revolution is acquired by connecting all neighbor space points. From the 3D model of the solid of revolution, the height and the radius of every section in the different height of the solid of revolution can be worked out correctly. The 3D measurement of the solid of revolution proposed in the paper is confirmed to be correct and effective entirely by the results of the measuring experiments.
