一种示教型机器人施釉系统
A Teaching Robot System for Glazing Potteries

【摘要】 通过对人工施釉的研究,一种示教型机器人施釉系统被开发出来。该系统可以根据操作者示教的结果自动对陶坯进行施釉。本文介绍该系统的设计和实现,描述了系统的主要技术,包括:间歇式旋转喷涂技术、计算机视觉定位技术、激光测距仪辅助示教技术和三维仿真生产过程监控技术。
【Abstract】 In cooperation between industry and university, we have researched people spraying potteries and developed a teaching robot system for glazing potteries. The system enables spraying potteries according to operators’ teaching automatically. This paper presents the development and implementation, and describes the main technologies of the system. The main technologies include the intermittent rotating spraying technique, the location technique based on computer vision, the teaching technique assisted by laser meter and the production surveillance technique based on 3D simulation.
