【Abstract】 In cooperation between industry and university, we have researched people spraying potteries and developed a teaching robot system for glazing potteries. The system enables spraying potteries according to operators’ teaching automatically. This paper presents the development and implementation, and describes the main technologies of the system. The main technologies include the intermittent rotating spraying technique, the location technique based on computer vision, the teaching technique assisted by laser meter and the production surveillance technique based on 3D simulation.更多还原
