模糊小脑模型神经网络(FCMAC)控制器及其收敛性研究

【摘要】 本文根据非线性系统参数时变的特点,将模糊逻辑控制方法和小脑模型神经网络结合形成了一种新的智能控制策略:模糊小脑模型神经网络(FCMAC),给出了FCMAC的详细算法,证明了这种控制算法的收敛性并给出了算法的收敛范围,仿真结果表明了控制算法的有效性,文章最后指出了该控制策略需要进一步解决的问题。
【Abstract】 A new intelligent control algorithm based on the Fuzzy logic control and cerebellum mode articulation control techniques--FCMAC was presented. According to the characteristics of time-varying of parameters and time-delay of nonlinear system, novel weight-update laws were derived that guarantee the stability of closed-loop system, both information retrieval and learning rules were described by algebraic equations in matrix form, the convergence was been proved, and the convergent range was presented. The control action was used to be achieve the desired tracking performance..The further investigation of this technique was point out.
