基于关键路段的路网连通可靠性评价方法

【摘要】 传统路网连通可靠性以二值法简单判断路段的连通状态,且计算量随路段数量增长而呈指数增长,难以实际应用于城市高密度路网中。本文从灾害情况下路段状态和路网性能的关联性出发,提出路网中被破坏概率最大且被破坏后产生影响最大的路段为制约路网性能关键路段的思想,设计了一种基于关键路段识别的连通可靠性评价方法,并结合北京市实际数据进行了实际应用,识别出了北京市的关键路段,并分析了典型关键路段被破坏后的影响规律,为提高路网抗破坏能力提供了一个有效实用的工具。
【Abstract】 Traditional evaluation method of network connectivity reliability recognizes the road connectivity, connecting or disconnecting by using the Two-value Approach which induces the calculation increasing with index growth rate and is not suitable for high-density urban road network. Based on the relationship among the broken-down probability, influencing degree and the capacity of road network, key segments are defined as the segments which have the highest level of probability to break down and have decisive influence on the road network capacity. A new evaluation method of connectivity reliability based on key segments is developed in this paper. Using Beijing datum, key segments are recognized and the influence of typical key segments which are damaged is analyzed. Since enhancing the performance of key segments is the first and important measure to improve the reliability of road network, the new method provides transportation planner and traffic manager an effective and practical tool to prevent serious destroy to transportation system.
