【Abstract】 With the rapid development and popularization of computer technology, traffic real-video based detect technique is growing up quickly. This article introduces this concept to the traffic management planning platform. It not only improves the existing traffic management planning platform, but also provides a good reference for the construction of the urban intelligent traffic system.
