【摘要】 合理的规划是区域公路出行者信息系统(Advanced Traveler Information System,ATIS)稳健发展的基础与保障。本文在分析国内区域公路网(高等公路网、普通公路网)管理机制共性的基础上,提出了区域公路ATIS系统规划方法。对区域公路ATIS规划目的、规划定位及通用规划流程进行了分析;在此基础上,从信息需求、体系框架设计、系统设计、建设项目规划、商业运营模式五个方面对区域公路ATIS规划方法及规划内容进行了探讨。研究成果具体指导了江苏省公路出行者信息系统规划。更多还原

【Abstract】 One outstanding planning is the basis and guarantee to implement healthily advanced traveler information system (ATIS) in provincial highway network. Based on the analysis of management mechanism of current domestic provincial highway network (freeway network and normal highway network), one systematic planning process of provincial highway ATIS is presented. The planning goal, planning level and universal planning flow is analyzed firstly. Based on the above, the planning process and planning contents of provincial ATIS are discussed from six aspects, including information requirements, architecture design, system design, projects planning, and implementing guarantee and planning evaluation. The feasibility of planning process this paper raised is proved by the application on the planning project of Jiangsu Provincial ATIS.更多还原
