中国智能交通系统评价方法研究

【摘要】 本文是国家"十五"科技攻关重点课题的部分研究成果,分析了 ITS 在国内外的发展现状以及存在的差异,指出了在我国研究 ITS 评价的必要性;进一步基于 ITS 及其项目评价的特点与难点分析研究,应用霍尔三维结构构筑了 ITS 评价的三维框架,提出了面向对象的 ITS 评价方法,以及成本效益分析方法和成本效果分析方法,并讨论了各自的实用性。最后分析了 ITS 评价的未来发展趋势,指出实验交通工程学在 ITS 评价中的重要作用。

【Abstract】 This article is some research results of the national tenth-five year science and technolo- gy program.Analysis on ITS development and the difference between that in China and other foreign countries are presented.Then,the necessity of research on ITS evaluation in China is induced.The ar- ticle discussed the characteristics and difficulties in evaluating ITS.Three-dimensional ITS evaluation framework is put forward based on three dimensions structure by A D Hall.ITS evaluation methods, including cost benefit analysis,cost effectiveness analysis,and object-oriented method are provided, with a detailed analysis of applicability of each method.Finally,future development trend of ITS evalu- ation is also presented and the important role of Experimental Traffic Engineering in ITS evaluation is emphasized.
