【摘要】 交通事故引发的交通堵塞是大城市交通阻塞的一个重要原因,包括交通分流在内的各种措施都被用于减少阻塞延误和继发的交通事故。本文提出一种基于 UE 和 SO 的交通分流的启发式平衡算法,并在 TransCAD 环境中分析交通事故对路网产生的影响,确定分流路径并计算预期的效果。最后通过对试验路段进行测试得出结论,本文提出的算法对交通分流具有很好的决策支持作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Traffic congestion due to incidents is one of the most prevalent trans- portation problems in large cities.Various measures including traffic diversion are continuously being developed to reduce the congestion delays and secondary incidents.This paper presents a heuristics approach for traffic diversion based on the User Equilibrium (UE) and System Optimal (SO) traffic assignment models, and analysis the impact of traffic accident to the road networks,then determine the diversion path and compute the expected effects within the TransCAD envi- ronment.At last an experiment was carried out to verify the proposed UE-SO ap- proach is able to assist in providing an efficient decision support for formulating traffic diversion strategies.更多还原
