加工型马铃薯“泉引1号”脱毒原种冬种丰产栽培试验
Study on cultural practices for high tuber yields of processing potato in winter

【摘要】 采用裂裂区设计方法,对冬种加工型马铃薯良种“泉引1号”脱毒原种进行垄植、地膜覆盖和育苗移栽芽长3项栽培措施研究。结果表明,3项栽培措施对产量、生育进度、单薯重量和地上部生长都有影响;主区单行垄植(A1)的结薯早于双行垄植(A2),产量较高;裂区地膜覆盖(B1)比裸地栽培(B2)早出苗、早结薯,薯块膨大速度快,大中薯比例明显增加,增产显著;裂裂区育苗移栽芽长 lcm(C1)比 C2、C3、C4早出苗、早封行,叶面积系数峰值最高,早结薯早膨大,大中薯比例最高,产量最大。在本试验条件下,加工型马铃薯泉引1号原种冬种丰产栽培措施的最优组合是 A1B1C1。
【Abstract】 Using the split plot design method,effects of the row cultivations(A), plastic- sheet-covered cultivation(B) and tranferring cultivation (C) on getting high yield of processing potato Quanyin 1 were analysed .The results showed that the three measures had an effect on yield ,stage, main tuber character and up-ground plant growth. Seedling of single row cultivation (A0 in main plot ripened faster than that of split-row cultivation(A2), then higher yield was gained. Seedling of plastid-sheet-covered cuhivation(B1)in split plot grew faster and ripened earlier than that of cuhivation by direct seeding(B2).The weight of tuber was increased quickly with the ratio of middle tubers and yield increased remarkably.Plants of transfer- seedling cultivation with length of bud stick was 1 cm(C1)grew and ripened earliest in four levels.Its top value of leaf area index was largest,then radio of middle tubers were increased remarkably and highest yield was gained.The technique measures for high yield were the single sow cultivation (A1),the plastic-sheet-covered cultivation(B1)and cultivation by setting seedlings with bud stick being 1 cm(C1).
