光调控对雾培马铃薯根系发育的影响

【摘要】 在雾培方式下,采用裂区实验设计,研究光调控对马铃薯根系发育的影响。结果表明:随着光照时间延长、光照强度的增加马铃薯的根系干重、根系体积和根系活力也呈现明显的增长趋势,表明光调控能够促进根系的生长发育;同时,处理间的互作效应显著,处理组合以14 h/d 光照时间,600 μmol/m~2/s 光照强度均能使品种高原7号和夏坡蒂获得最大根系干重、根系体积和根系活力。
【Abstract】 The experiment,designed by crack section method,researched that the influence of controlling light on development of potato roots in aeroponic culture.The results suggested that the dry weight,volume,and activity of potato roots took on a greatly increasing tendency with prolonging the illumination time and increasing the photo intensity,which indicated that controlling light could promote potato roots to grow and develop.And there were significant in- teraction effect among trial transactions.Furthermore Gaoyuan 7 and Shepody could get the highest dry weight,volume and activity of potato roots by the combination of the 14 hours per day of illumination time and 600 μmol/m~2/s of photo intensity.
