全日光培养条件下马铃薯试管苗的生长状况及对pH值的适应性研究

【摘要】 试验比较了不同光源及培养基pH值对马铃薯试管苗生长的影响。结果表明, 日光培养条件下试管苗生长状况优于灯光培养,尤其以茎粗和根数的差异最为显著(P< 0.01);移栽成活率提高8.34%。日光条件下,培养基pH值适宜范围为5.3-5.8.但5.3水平培养基凝固程度稍差,接种不便;灯光条件下,培养基pH值适宜范围为5.8-6.3。
【Abstract】 The effects of different light sources and pH value of culture media on the growth of virus-free potato test-tube plantlets were studied. The results showed that cultured in natural light was better than cultured in lamp light, and especially the diameter of stem and the number of root did show significant difference(P<0.01); the survival rate of transplanted plantlets was increased by 8.34%. Cultured in natural light, the pH value of culture media was 5.3-5.8, but culture media can not concrete whole on the level of 5.3, and result in reproduction inconvenience; Cultured in lamp light, the pH value of culture media was 5.8-6.3.
