马铃薯品种对低钾胁迫的反应存在基因型差异

【摘要】 本实验采用砂培方法,从单株鲜薯重、钾素经济利用效率及品质三个方面对生产上常用的七个马铃薯品种对低钾胁迫的反应进行了研究。结果表明,低钾处理与正常供钾处理相比较,马铃薯品种的单株鲜薯重下降的幅度和钾素经济利用效率上升的幅度存在基因型盖异;以淀粉、还原性糖、Vc及可溶性蛋白含量为品质指标对各品种对低钾胁迫的反应进行比较,发现这四个指标也呈现明显的基因型差异,但同一品种各指标的变化趋势表现出多样性。初步依据低钾胁迫下的单株鲜薯重、钾素经济利用效率的聚类分析及相对单株鲜薯重和相对钾素经济利用效率的聚类分析时该7个品种的耐低钾能力进行分类,确定了其中耐低钾能力较高的品种:大西洋、南湖塔,耐低钾能力较低的品种:高原7号。
【Abstract】 The experiment of sand culture was carried out to study the response of seven varieties of potatoes to deficient potassium in fresh tuber per plant, K economical efficiency, quality. The result showed: the fresh tuber weight per plant under deficient potassium decreased to different extent, and the potassium economical use efficiency increased to different extent; quality which included starch, reducing sugar, Vc, and protein content of seven varieties turned differently, and different quality factors of every variety turned variously. The seven varieties were classed by the dendrogram of cluster analysis of fresh tuber weight per plant, economical potassium efficiency and the dendrogram of cluster analysis of relative fresh tuber weight per plant, relative economical potassium efficiency of every variety under deficient potassium, and the result showed: Daxiyang and Nanhuta were K+ deficit tolerant potato varieties, and Caoyuanqihao was K+ deficit non-tolerant potato variety.
