【摘要】 东北地区因为有得天独厚的自然条件、充足的耕地资源及众多的加工企业, 为马铃薯产业发展创造了有利的条件。种薯生产是东北马铃薯产业中最重要的组成部分,而且有进一步发展的潜力。东北地区也存在着种薯质量差、病害重、生产技术落后、加工产品种类少、加工企业布局不合理、政府管理不到位、投入较少等问题。只要加强技术改进、增强政府的管理和支持力度,东北地区的马铃薯产业就能充分发挥其优势、克服其不足,就能够为整个东北的振兴起到重要的基础作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Because of the unique natural resources, abundant arable lands and the nu- merous processing enterprises in Northeast China, these are the favorable conditions for the development of potato industry. The seed potato production is the most important part in potato production in the region and it is possible for the further expansion. However, there are many problems in the region, such as the low quality of seed potatoes, the severe diseases, the old production technologies, the few processing products, the unsuitable distribution of processing enterprises, the poor management and supervision of local government; and the less investment in potato industry. The potato industry in the region can show its advantages and overcome the disadvantages in the region if the technologies can be improved and the management and supervision of government can be enhanced. Furthermore, the potato industry can play important role in the invigoration of Northeast China.更多还原
