马铃薯杂交育种无性一代产量选择效果的评价

【摘要】 2001年,对无性一代单株产量低于对照 Mira 的39个低产株系在无性二代的产量表现进行了跟踪评定试验。结果表明,在无性二代,39个株系比对照 Mira 增产的有27个株系,占69.2%,增产幅度在4%~279.8%之间, 增产10%以上的有23个株系,占59%;增产30%以上的有17个株系,占 43.6%;增产50%以上的有12个株系,占30.8%;增产100%~279.8%之间的高产株系有6个,占15.4%。从27个增产株系中,通过对产量、抗病性、生育期、块茎性状的综合评定,筛选出了10个突出的株系。结果说明, 在当地,马铃薯杂交育种无性一代不宜进行产量选择,否则有遗漏优良株系的风险,究其原因,主要与无性一代出苗晚、出苗不整齐导致部分材料不能正常成熟,产量潜力不能充分发挥有关。
【Abstract】 The Yield of 39 Clones,which were lowere in yield than the standard cultivar “Mira”in the first clonal generation,were followed in the second clonal generation.The re- sults showed that compared with the same standard cultivar“Mira”,27 clones had higher yield,of which 23 clones increased yield by more than 10%,17 clones by more than 30%, 12 clones by more than 50%,and 6 clones by 100%~279.8%.From the 27 high yielding clones,10 valuable clones were selected according to the evaluation for yield,disease resis- tance,maturity and tuber appearance.The results indicated that selection for yield in the first clonal generation in the potato breeding programme would not he necessary,otherwise it would result in loss of valuable clones because in the first clonal generation the emergence of most clones was late and not uniform,and some clones can not reach their full maturity and express their yield potential.
