【Abstract】 Detection and isolation of Erwinia carotovora subsp,atroseptica,E.c.sub- sp.carotovora and E.chrysanthemi were described in detail.Their identification through gram stain,oxidase test,fermentation of glucose,utilization of a-methyl-D-glucose,determination of growth at 37℃ and 39℃,formation of reducing substances from sucrose,phosphatase production, sensitivity to erythromycin,indole production,serological procedures,tissue maceration and inocu- lation test were also introduced.更多还原
