【摘要】 从云南省楚雄、大理、昆明、曲靖、宣威等马铃薯产区分离的48个晚疫病菌菌株在利马豆-V8汁琼脂培养基上与 A1和 A2交配型标准菌株进行了交配型测定,结果表明:48个菌株中出现了11株 A2交配型,除大理外,宣威、曲靖、昆明、楚雄等马铃薯产区均同时有 A1、A2两种交配型存在。主栽抗病品种米拉、会顺88等已经被 A1、A2交配型菌株侵染。分别对两种交配型的培养特征以及有性结构的形态和大小进行了描述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Forty-eight strains of Phytophthora infestans were isolated from different po- tato production districts including Chuxiong,Dali,Kunming,Qujing and Xuanwei to determine their mating type with the standard A₁ and A₂ strains on the Lima bean-V₈ Juice agar medium.The result indicated that out of 48 strains eleven ones were found to be A₂ mating type and both A₁ and A₂ mating type strains were isolated from Xuanwei,Qujing,Kunming and Chuxiong except Dali. Main resistant cultivars such as Mira and Huishun 88 were infected by both A₁ and A₂ mating type strains.The cultural features of the pathogen and the morphological characters and the size of sexual structures were described,respectively.更多还原
