【摘要】 目的提高肾上腺节神经细胞瘤的诊治水平。方法回顾性分析5例成人肾上腺节神经细胞瘤患者的临床资料,结合文献对其病理学特征、临床表现、诊断及治疗进行分析。患者男3例,女2例。平均年龄38岁。肿瘤位于左侧3例,右侧2例。临床表现为上腹部不适或间歇性腹痛3例,1例伴有高血压,体检时B超偶然发现2例。血液生化检查未见特殊异常。影象学检查提示肾上腺实性占位。肿瘤平均最大直径6.7cm。5例均行开放性手术切除肿瘤。结果术后病理检查诊断为肾上腺节神经细胞瘤,术后恢复顺利。随访时间4～60月,平均21月,未见肿瘤复发和远处转移。结论成人肾上腺节神经细胞瘤是一种罕见的良性肿瘤。大多缺乏特征性的临床症状,内分泌检查多为阴性。B超、CT和MRI是诊断肾上腺节神经细胞瘤的主要方法,确诊有赖于病理检查。手术切除肿瘤是有效的治疗手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: To improve the diagnosis and treatment of adrenal ganglioneuroma. Methods: The clinical data of 5 cases (3 men and 2 women) with primary adrenal ganglioneuroma in adult were analyzed retrospectively. We reviewed these cases and analyzed their clinical features, pathology, diagnosis and treatment. The patient mean age was 38 years. Three patients had left adrenal ganglioneuroma; 2 had the tumor on the right. Two patients with asymptomatic mass were detected on routine B-ultrasound, 3 had upper abdominal discomfort or intermittent pain, and 1 had hypertension. The blood testing showed no abnormality. The adrenal imaging demonstrated solid space-occupying lesions. The mean greatest diameter of the tumor was 6.7 cm. All of the 5 patients underwent open surgical excision of the adrenal tumors. Results: Pathology examination confirmed the diagnosis of adrenal ganglioneuroma. The mean follow-up period was 21 months (range, 4-60 months).Until now no recurrence and metastasis of tumor were detected. Conclusions: Adrenal ganglioneuroma in adult is a benign tumor with low incidence.No specific symptoms can be described and endocrine examinations are negative in most patients. B-ultrasound, CT scan and MRI are good methods for the diagnosis of this disease. The final diagnosis depends on pathology. Surgical resection of tumor is the choice of treatment.更多还原
